We offer highly flexible scheduling in an extremely friendly, clean work environment. Come have fun at SC Contact Centers and let us try to fit work into your busy schedule. Our centers answer inbound calls and emails from our customers. We are located in Monroe, WI; Clinton, IA; Dickeyville, WI; and Hannibal, MO.
Phone Representatives – answer incoming customer calls and enter customer orders online. Reps offer sales items on each qualified order and answer customer questions regarding shipping information. In addition to the hourly pay rate, commission is paid on each sale item sold.

Customer Service Representative –In addition to Phone Representative job duties and incentives, reps will trouble shoot and solve more complex customer inquiries. Reps who advance to a Customer Service Representative position will receive a $1.00 per hour increase in pay.
The road to your success begins with training. Our Contact Center Training Classes are designed to give those who have little or no call center experience the skills needed to take the customer’s order and give our customers a positive shopping experience. Our Contact Center Trainers take pride in their role and strive to ensure a friendly, fun environment in training. Order Taking training involves a hands on approach with help every step of the way as you transition from the training environment to the Call Center floor.

Unbeatable Incentives $$$$
Second Shift – Hours between 4:30 p.m. and 12:00 midnight. ( $.50 per hour)
Third Shift – Hours between 12:00 Midnight and 7:00 a.m. ($1.00 per hour)
Weekend Shift – Employees scheduled to work weekends only ($.75 per hour)
Bilingual Premium – Employees hired to speak both English and Spanish ($.75 per hour).
Employee discounts are determined by the length of service (effective on your anniversary date):
Food Catalogs – 40 to 50% off catalog prices.
General Merchandise Catalogs – 25 to 45% off catalog prices.
For each month that you meet requirements in the areas of attendance, monitoring, and supervisor’s evaluation, you could receive a bonus of 15 cents to 65 cents an hour based on performance and length of service. During the months of August and December, these amounts will double as a special incentive.
We also offer commission for selling special items from our catalogs. The amount can vary depending on rep’s job or special rates on the item.
