Job Opportunities

Phone Representatives

Answer incoming customer calls and enter customer orders online. Reps offer sales items on each qualified order and answer customer questions regarding shipping information. In addition to the hourly pay rate, commission is paid on each sale item sold.

Home Agents

We also offer Home Agent positions for those who reside in Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Mississippi, North Carolina and Alabama. 

Advancement Opportunities

Customer Service Representative

In addition to Phone Representative job duties and incentives, reps will troubleshoot and solve more complex customer inquiries. Reps who advance to a Customer Service Representative position will receive a $1.00 per hour increase in pay.

Our Contact Center Training Classes are designed to give those who have little or no call center experience the skills needed to take the customer’s order and give our customers a positive shopping experience. 

Our trainers take pride in their role and strive to ensure a friendly, fun environment in training.  Order Taking training involves a hands on approach with help every step of the way as you transition from the training environment to the Call Center floor.
